This machine is a rotary bottle washing machine, mainly used for rinsing new bottles of beverages, water, and other products. Then send the bottle to the filling machine to fill the product. PET bottles enter the equipment through an open star shaped wheel. The bottle is clamped onto the mouth of the bottle through a clamp and a rotating mechanism. The filling valve adopts a pressure filling negative pressure reflux method, which is fast and sensitive to filling, and has high filling liquid level accuracy. There is no spring in the valve, and the material does not come into contact with the spring, which is beneficial for cleaning the inside of the valve. To ensure the filling process and temperature, the material in the valve is in a micro reflux state without bottles or downtime. The filling cylinder adopts the full cylinder method to ensure stable pressure inside the cylinder.

The capping machine drives the rotating disc to rotate through a reducer. Remove the lid from the hopper under the action of centrifugal force. There is a cover and back separation device at the exit. When the back cover passes through, it will automatically fall into the reflux pipe, and the back cover will be blown into the hopper by the wind automatically. Only the front cover can smoothly enter the slide, and the photoelectric switch automatically detects the amount of cover in the hopper to control the cover machine and ensure the best effect of the lower cover.
When the front cover enters the slide, it can smoothly enter the feed tray. To prevent accidents, an anti reverse cover dial is placed on the slide rail to ensure that the cover entering the feed tray is correct, and a pair is also arranged on the slide rail. The photoelectric switch immediately stops the host when it detects that there is no cover. In order to effectively remove defective lids and covers without anti-theft rings when cleaning the feeding hopper, there is a movable outlet directly opposite the outlet of the feeding hopper, which can meet this function.
